I like Ty too. We were tossing around the idea of Tyler and Ty for short.
Yeah I know what you mean about people influencing baby names. I call it ~ good baby names gone bad LOL Gosh when you get to be our age you have know many people. It is hard to find a name that you haven't dated or disliked that person
Certain images stick with us. For example I have always liked the name Tia. I knew a blonde blue eyed scandinavian named Tia ~ I had no idea until recently that it is actually a Spanish name!! Talk about opposite impressions. I still like it though. I just hope she doesn't get teased??
