If it was a one hour test they will most likely ask you to do a 3 hour test. If it is still high then you have GD. They should have given you a sheet with a reference range. I just pulled out my test sheet and a number over the following range is considered high:
1 hr - 180, 2 hr - 155, 3 -140. Two or more values greater han the above reference range are suggestive of GD.

Now as far as normal glucose levels during the day.
The fasting (morning level) shoudl be below 90
One or two hours after meals should be below 120.
