Quick question. Did everyone stay on bedrest for 72 hours after ET?

ER: 6/30
9 follicles, 5 mature, 2 fertilized
Progesterone Ring
ET: 7/3
Transferred two grade a, 8 cell embryos
#1 Beta: 7/14 
2nd IVF cycle downgraded to IUI due to poor response:9/15
Ganirelix, Bravelle, Menopur
3 mature follicles
