My sister had a breast reduction 7 years before her 1st child and was unable to breastfeed. She wasn't sure if she would be able to or not until she was born and she gave it a try. Just like you said, everyone woman is different - you may have much better luck! I think it depends on how much breast tissue is removed. Best of luck to you!!
