Yes, because there is good research out there showing that at least having it just prior to and just after ET ups your chances. Doing it more often certainly can't hurt.

Have you ever done it on yourself?
No, and I wouldn't. Acupunturists have years of training and I would not want to risk doing something wrong.

Did it relax you, energize you?
Temporaribly relax.


I am asking because the lady I went to see showed me how to do it to myself. Just the abdominal area which is where it counts...she wants me to do it every other day. She has a good success rate for infertility so I am that it works.....
