I had a breast reduction 20 years ago and was unable to feed.
I did have colostrom coming out but it was too little to satisfy the baby.I found bottle feeding a great and wonderful alternative and never once for a moment felt like any of my 3 kids have lost out as a result of me not breastfeeding.
I havent heard of anyone in my personal experience who has had that procedure and gone on to successfully and exclusively breastfeed.
I will bottle feed my 4th too when its born and enjoy every minute!
Hope this helps!
