Make sure to read the fine print and ask questions with Shared Risk. Although it's an awesome option for some, for us it wasn't worth it. What they offered us was 3 IVF cycles with ICSI and 3 FET cycles for $24,950. It was more expensive than other options because their prices raise if you are over 35 and also if your RE says you should do ICSI. One clause is that if you don't have any embyos to freeze after your first IVF cycle, you forfeit one of the FET cycles. Same goes for the second and third IVF cycles. There is also a clause in the contract that says you have to complete the program before your 38th birthday. Since I just turned 36, I talked about this with my DH and my RE and we all decided it would be too much stress both physically and mentally to try and fit in all those cycles within a 2 year time period. We made the decision to go for one IVF cycle via self-pay and hopefully we'll have embroys to freeze for a later attempt.
