I am overweight 5'6" 170 (not obese) but i have wondered it this was a factor. My Dr. has not thought it is a problem and dont think I would ever listen to a Dr. who suggested that 40 lb. in less than 8 months is an amount you should shoot for. Find another Dr sweety and you can not eat 500 calories and be ok that is torture for any human and will not be healthy
