You need to get your thyroid checked again to make sure the dosage you're on is still working properly. And if the dosage is changed, it needs to be checked again about 6 weeks later to make sure it's been adjusted right.
I really hope you can find some decent medical care soon. No one deserves to get the run-around where something as important as your health is concerned.
