Tam-this is a non-issue. The answer is absolutely NO. This is your lively hood you are talking about losing. Tell her to grow up and get over it. I really hate it when people abuse handicapped parking. My mom has a handicap tag (due to her back) and I always drop her off and refuse to use it. If she complains, she can walk from the spot 2 over from the handicap (which she can fine) with me.
