My RE counts day one as the first full flow day, not spotting days. However i would call and ask seems some do it different. Plus if you have to test on day 2 you dont want to miss it.

10/30/07: stims; 11/12/07 : Trigger; 11/14: ER, 8 mature eggs 11/15: 6 fertilized; 11/19: 4 out of 6 made it to blasts, Transferred the 2 grade AA's and froze the 2 others.
11/28: It's a  Beta #1 - 142, 11/30: Beta #2 - 316
12/5: 1st u/s thick lining and large ovaries but no sac yet,
Beta #3 - 2571
12/11: Beta #4 - 14742, progesterone still greater than 40
2nd u/s we see 2 sacs, IT'S TWINS!
12/18: 3rd u/s Fetus and Heartbeat seen in both sacs
12/26: 4th u/s heard hearbeats
3/3 both babies look good
3/12 Water Broke
3/14 mark jr born at 20 weeks .... 
3/15 darryn born at 20 weeks...
6/30 FET-2 blasts
July 08- Chemical
10/20-start stims
10/31- ER 17 eggs
11/5- ET
11/9,11/10,11/11,11/12, 11/13 + HPT's
11/14- beta 153
11/17- beta 531
11/21- beta 2340, 1 sac seen. poss. another
