Amy- My dad gets hella bad kidney stones. They gave him a total list of things not to eat, including salad, cheese, and a butt load more. He has to have his zapped all the time. I feel terrible for you to have to go through this and especially during pregnancy!   Is there anyway you could just start mat leave now?!
Kelly- Sorry for your doggies stinky bum....I sometimes find female animals to have stinkier hind ends then their male counterparts. Weird hey!?

off to go the gym to go swimming .. i feel much lighter in the pool
