I did MDL this last cycle and it worked for me. In our research after my first failed IVF, dh found evidence of the antagonist cycle not leaving the uterus in as good a condition for the embryo to stick. And it ended up that while my lining was not very good the first IVF - it was like barely a 7 at retrieval - the second was much better being almost a 10 at retrieval.

Along with MDL, we also had two endometrial biopsies done and I had been taking dhea for two months by the time of my retrieval. We also bd'd the night before transfer and I stopped all exercise during my cycle.

My re said the other day that the quality of my embryos was just better this time which I would guess is due to either the dhea or the MDL.

5/11 - ET - transferred two 8 cell embies - a grade 1 and grade 2!!

5/25 - begin taking 100mg dhea per day

2nd IVF begins 6/24 Lupron Flare
day 2 FSH 10.6

6/26 - 7/13 BCP
7/7 - Endometrial Scratching
7/11 - Endometrial Scratching
7/16 - 7/27 MicroLupron
7/18 - 7/26 Follistim, Menopur
7/28 - ER - 8 eggs, 7 mature, 5 fertilized.
7/31 - ET - transferred 3 grade 1, 8 cell embryos
8/9 - HPT - holy smokes!yay!
8/11 - Beta - I'M !!
