you need to go back in for another u/s. the day before my ectopic ruptured, I was in the ER and they thought they 'saw something' in my uterus. Turns out it was a spot of blood or something. And my beta was in the 3000s. You really can't see much at where your beta currently is, or was. It very well still could be ectopic. If your Dr is 100% sure this is not a viable pregnancy, has he/she mentioned methotrexate to terminate it?

8/14-quad screen (quick gender check):
IT'S A BOY!!!
9/4- Level II u/s. Baby is doing great! Measuring 5 days ahead.
