I agree with Jen. My first beta and 2nd betas were also normal-ish.. 90 and 201.. but pretty low for 21 and 23 dpo. 4 days later it was only up to like 265 and the u/s showed nothing in my uterus so I was scheduled for a D&C. 3-4 days after the D&C my beta was up to 400-something but since it had been several days since the last draw, they couldn't be certain that it hadn't gone up and was now on the way back down. 2 days later it was up over 1000 and I went in the same day for a methotrexate shot. I was lucky that mine was taken care of before it had a chance to rupture. Since your doctor has already determined that this is not a viable pregnancy, it would seem a sound decision to administer the methotrexate. I'm so very sorry you're going through this.
