Wow Jen! Those are some fantastic size follies, and fast growing too

I so wouldn't worry about multiples. My RE has never had the discussion with me once. It's so rare the triplets are conceived through IUI that I don't even know why that put that thought in their patient's head. I promise you that you will not become pregnant with triplets.
Now, as far as taking the trigger shot it is a bit painful, but only for about 3 seconds. You will feel some tenderness in the area for a couple of days, but it will go away. Taking the shot at 11:00 pm tonight and then having your IUI on Friday at 4:00 pm will make that 40 hours. It should be fine from what I can tell. I had b2b IUI's both IUI's. The first IUI was done 18 hrs after the the trigger and then at 39 hrs. This IUI I am having it at 36 hrs. Maybe you should just take it at 1:00 am to make it 38 hrs. That's what I would do. You can always call the nurse tomorrow and tell her that you were scheduled for 40 hrs. after the shot and that you were concerned that that was a bit late and can they get you in any earlier. Doesn't hurt to ask.
We are going to be 2ww together
