Hi..

My wife and I will have the egg retrieval procedure for IVF in a couple of weeks. My urologist recommended that for best results I should abstain from sexual activity (self or otherwise) between 3-5 days (but not more than 5 days) before the day I have to give my sample.

I am a bit confused about the "not more than 5 days" part. Do I have to make sure I engage in sexual activity every 5 days so that I don't cross the 5 day mark when I give my sample?

Would like to know what your doctor(s) have adviced
