I started brushing Alex's teeth as soon as they started popping out. BECAUSE, ds1 was born with an enamel defect that caused him to have some early decay. He started getting flouride treatments at 9 mos. and is fine now. But, I was so afraid that Alex would have the same problem (he doesn't ) So I either brush his teeth with a little baby toothbrush, or at the very least wipe his teeth & gums with a cloth after he eats or has a bottle.
