After six miscarriages, and lots of testing I was diagnosed with APS. I had positive tests for ana, anticardiolipins and lupus anticoagulent. As soon as I got on heparin and baby aspirin I had a successful pregnancy and my daughter was born in 05. My next pregnancy it was advised that I start on the heparin and aspirin from ovulation and continue until I got a negative pregnancy test however I got a positive home test so I continued treatment. However I did lose that pregnancy also although it had nothing to do with the APS, we found out later it was a chromosome disorder called Turner Syndrome.
