Wow - surgery sounds very extreme.

All the books i have read say that a babies B M could be anywhere from 1 once a day to once a week.

are you using any little tummies or mylacon? i know it is used to relieve the gas pains, but it also has the baby releasing more gas thus forcing the use of those muscles.

I hope you dont have to go the route of surgery.

It might also be worth while to see an infant chiropractor to see if they can do an adjustment that can help with the proper blood flow to that area and make it easier for a B M to occur.
