I think some of these names must be urban legand b/c I've heard the "sha-thed" (s***head) name before too. Anyone heard of twins named Orangejello and Lemonjello (Or-aungj-ello and Lem-on-gjello)?
I have to say that I really don't understand silent consonants, apostrophes, or complicated spellings. It seems like you're setting your child up for constantly having to correct people when they say the name wrong. Don't these parents think about graduation? It would be terrible to work hard to graduate and your name is mispronounced on such an important day. Life is complicated enough, don't you think?
Like someone said earlier, I also wouldn't name my child a super popular name. Since I'm a Melissa, I know how it feels to have several kids in the same class with the same name. It is really annoying (to me anyways).

I took care of orangejello and lemonjello in the early 90's. They were at Childrens forever!!
