I've heard many times that as long as you're within a week either way, you should be fine. Depending on angles, it's really easy for the machine to be off on the measurements. I would try not to worry if your doctor doesn't seem concerned, but if you really feel like you can't wait until the 27th, call the office and explain your worries and ask if they can get you in earlier.
