I didn't have any side effects while on the Femara...but I followed Femara with the Trigger shot Ovidrel and about 5-6 post trigger I started to feel very nauseated throughout the day and I had a lot of indigestion (never had heartburn before in my life). I thought for sure I had my BFP...BUT NO LUCK...big fat BFN. So all of the side effects must have been from all the hormone flucuations.

December was my first cycle on Femara and it was a party compared to Clomid treatment. I was miserable on Clomid and had horrible side effects and even developed OHSS...it wasn't the drug for me!!

April 08: Clomid 100mg & Start Metformin, No ovulation,
May 08 - Sept 08: TTC suspended due to a large ovarian cyst
Oct 08: Clomid 100mg & Metformin
Oct 10, 08: Severe OHSS
Dec 08: Letrozole & Trigger, 1 good follicle, another
Jan 09: Letrozole & Trigger round 2, 1 large follicle,
Jan 29th: First beta = 131
Feb 2nd: Second beta = 951 and Progesteron = 20.89
Feb 13th: 1st u/s ONE tiny bean with a HR of 96 bpm
Feb 19th: 2nd u/s - HR is 126 bpm released from RE
March 4th: 3rd u/s - Finally heard our precious bean's heartbeat - truly amazing. HR was up to 167 and the little bean is growing like a weed - measuring almost 1 inch long.
