IUI #2 5/1 & 5/2 - 25iu Follistim
IUI #3 5/30 - 50iu Follistim

8/22 Lap done. Found mild endo and sm paratubal cyst.
Taking 1500mg Fortamet for borderline PCOS

IUI #4 12/8 - 75iu - 150iu Follistim
IUI #5 1/5 - Clomid/Follstim Combo

1/19 baseline u/s - large cyst on R ovary

Decided to stop all fertiliy treatments.
