I know that the penalties for withdrawing your 401K has one reason as being 'medical expenses' so maybe the Roth is the same? I think that the expenses have to meet that minimum requirement, % of your income....but IVF usually does.
DUH, old post.....oh well, maybe bringing it to the top will help someone else out.
