Sort of a strange question, but does anyone have experience with irregular periods and discharge?

I've had iregular periods of 19-23 days for over a year now. I'm on day 25 right now & no signs of a new cycle yet. I just left the restroom and when I wiped there was whitish/yellow discharge with 2 spots of tan? Strange for me.

I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but i have been tired the past few days, and a bit emotional yesterday. (which i passed off as my period)

Any suggestions?
