Anyone heard of this?

My HSG results were just posted on my healthview account and while the doctor who did the procedure said everything looked great, the results state that there is a "moderately prominent fundal contour, favored arcuate uterus."

From the quick research I've done online I think this means that some part of the uterus dips down into the cavity more than it should. Anyone with the same experience or knowledge of this?

I've got an appointment for a mid-cycle ultrasound on Friday and I plan to print off the results and ask them about it, but I would like to be a little more informed when I go.

Any information is greatly appreciated.
