thankyou on the input on the vitamin subject..
what im taking are greens which have barley grasss,alfalfa,chorella,spirulina,etc.... and full of vitamins. thanks so much on the input im going to keep on taking them my body really likes them and when i stop i start to feel so tired.. i had never heard of not taking vitamin A i just think the doctor is a bit over protective or a bit crazy...

ive been trying to get my body in shape i gained about 10 pounds and need to loose some weight, so ive been working out and eating healthy.
lately ive been getting a bit nervous about my frosties thawing, since i only have 2 left and this whole process since dic... has come out of our pockets, this might be my last chance, so i really am praying that the third time is the charm....
