Hi. I have a 8 year old dd that I adopted. I would start by calling adoption agencies and getting info from them. In general, my only advice to you is that if you are not too particular regarding the race of the child, your wait should not be too long. My dd is inte-racial and they have a hard time placing non-caucasian children. If you'd like more info PM me with your questions.
