I had a lap for suspected endo in March of last year. They found stage II endo and removed it. My RE told me we'd need to do IUI w/injectables for our best chances of conceiving. We tried for one month naturally and we fortunate enough to get pregnant that month. We didn't do anything special. If you're not seeing a RE (reproductive endocrinologist), you should definitely see one. I couldn't tell from your post if your OB/GYN did the lap or if it was done by a RE.
