Well not so good.. he has a very low sperm count and mobility is slow. my doctor said he had 1% good sperm.. i lost it right there in the office.. all weve ever wanted is a family and now reality is setting in that it may not happen.. so we decide to try an iui i took the clomid days 3-7 went in to the office on 12 got the ultra sound and found 8 folicles.. so then on day 14 we go in for the insemination.. after the sperm had been washed there was hardly anything.. ive tried to stay possitive.. it only takes one right? so now im about 3 day away from when i should be getting my period and have all the signs for it and the 5 pregnancy test ive taken all say no.. i hate this.. and i know it really upsets my husband.. sometimes i think he wants a child more then i do.. he has also told me no donor sperm and no adoption.. i love my husband more then life itself and would never leave him.. i just hope that if we keep trying with the iui's eventually it will happen.. cant afforf ivf.. i just dont know what ill do if im not able to one day become a mother...

Im right there with you. DH count is VERY low. Are you guys seeing an RE?? Has he seen a urologist?? What insurance do you have?? We have Cigna and IF tx arent covered on the plan we have now but are covered on a diff plan. So this fall were switching to take effect 2010. There are a lot of options out there. Also multiple IUIs may cost what 1 IVF does and you may have a better chance doing that instead of like 5-6 IUIs.
