Post hi, I'm new, State IV Endo plus an adenomyoma in uterine lining

Hello everyone, hopefully someone can help me figure out a direction to take here. I am 35 years old, never had a child or been pregnant. We went to see an RE in February when I was diagnosed with having uterine fibroids. One of the fibroids was in the right top of my uterus bulging into my uterus, the 2nd is in the back muscle wall of my uterus. I am currently recovering from a laparascopy and HSG with myomectomy to remove what they thought was a fibroid but in fact was an adenomyoma (endometrium cells creating a pocket within the uterine lining). During the lap it was discovered that I had Stage IV endometriosis, everything was removed except for what was wrapped around my bowels and bladder. I am currently on hormone therapy to repair my uterine lining. My dr. is recommending a 2nd lap when he performs another HSG in 2 months to ensure that my uterine lining has been repaired sufficiently. He of course stated that my best chance of pregnancy was IVF. My husband and I are not ready to take that road yet. I would like time to try naturally, my dr. insists that if I am planning on trying naturally that I must have another lap done to ensure all endo is removed again (because estrogen causes it to grow more quickly). Has anyone gone through something like this? Is the 2nd lap really necessary? Any and all advice would be helpful, thank you!
