Hi - i read your post, and my husband also has congenital absence of the vas deferens, although he tested positive as a carrier of cystic fibrosis. We are currently about to begin our 5th cycle of IVF (we did 2 fresh cycles and 2 frozen cycles so far). We have been able to make many embryos using his sperm, but none of them have stuck so far, so we are still trying!
