Endometriosis and pregnancy chances? Help plz..

Hello! I am new here, I hope I am posting this in the right category.

First of, I'm a man, so excuse my lack of knowledge on the subject. I am trying to learn more about it.

So, my partner has had surgery for her endometriosis. What I have understood is that with this surgery she had all her female reproductive system removed. Please correct me if I haven't understood well.

I thought there's no chance she can have a baby, and she always tells me that I should be with someone else that can give me babies. Well, I love her so much and I wouldn't change her for no other woman, so it doesn't bother me if we can't have kids.
But, last night.. She told me that I would do such a great father and that she'd love to have a baby with me. Even if it's not possible, just her words made me smile so big and love her even more. And at the same time it made me wonder...

So, my question is, is there any chance that she can get pregnant? I know the natural way is out of the question. Is it possible with IVF? I'm not even sure how that works, but if it is possible, will the baby have her DNA and mine, hers the donor's and mine or just the donor's and mine?

Thanks so much in advance,
V
