Ok, if she had all of her reproductive system removed (uterus and ovaries) then your course would be donor eggs and a surrogate. Normally a surrogate isn't the egg donor, so the surrogate wouldn't have any genetics shared with the child. If your partner still has her ovaries you can do ivf and have the surrogate carry the child and it would be yours and your partner's dna. Did I make any sense?
