Stephanie - Hi! Here how's my schedule went when i started my shots.
April 7, 2009 - 30 minute consult with RE
April 12, 2009 - Visit from AF (Aunt Flow)
April 16, 2009 - Started BC Pill
April 17, 2009 - Was given my IVF Calendar which looked like this:
- Tuesday May 5, 2009 - 1st injectible
- Friday May 15, 2009 - Stimulation
- Wednesday May 27, 2009 - Egg Retrieval
- Saturday May 30, 2009 - Transfer (unless they choose to do 5 day instead of 3)
May 1, 2009 - Received box of meds! SCARY!
May 5, 2009 - Start Lupron 10 units
May 11, 2009 - 1st Dr appt since start of Lupron and also LAST day of BC Pill!
May 15, 2009 - Start of Stimulation
- Lupron - down to 5 units
- Follistim Pen - 75
- Menopur 75
May 17, 2009 - 1st Appt with RE since start of STIMS.
May 19, 2009 - 2nd Appt with RE since start of STIMS.
So as you can see i see the RE everyother day now..i think with me, he sees me a lot because i have Polycystic Ovaries and he wants to monitor me to make sure i don't get OHSS...i'm more proned to that because of my condition. I hope that all wasn't too much information. hehe
Tabby - getting the box of meds was a little overwhelming isn't it?? It actually isn't all that bad, i think i'm getting pro at it to be honest..hehe i give my self all the shots, that is until i start the Progesterone cuz i know i can't reach back to my rear end, so i'll need a little help there. hehe
