Polarbaby - thx for the info, that makes a lot of sense, I'm going to take the conservative route and lay off anything but walking for a couple of weeks.
Thx to wannabemomma & Midum for the good thoughts, the failed IVF is rather brutal I must say. But time to move on and the good thing for us is that we had frosties. Also, we're transferring 2 - am super scared of multiples - yipes - twins would be OK I guess but anything more than that would be too much for me and my DH!
