Menstrual Cycle Question
Ok, I have PCOS and as all of you know with PCOS your actual cycles can be quite wacky to say the lest. I have not had a cycle since March. I had some spotting in April, but never a full flow. I recently started going back to my RE after a very long break. I was placed on prometrium to start my cycle back. Been on prometrium for one day, I see spotting and I think my cycle was trying to start on its own prior to me starting the prometrium. We plan on completing our first IUI this month. I was told to contact the office on day one of my menstrual cycle, but I'm confused. Is day one considered full flow or spotting?

2002-2007: Started seeing OB for help with conceiving.
Very irratic cycles, Clomid 3 cycles,
& Metform 500 MG, no luck
6/07: Referred myself to a RE specialist 
12/07- , decided to take a break
5/09- Went back to RE for more treatments
7/29- IUI, 7 mature follicles, 20 mil sperm count
Metformin 1500MG, Bravelle 75, Menopur 150, HCG, progesterone supposities
8/4-Bloodwork
8/11-PT, Bloodwork
