Bits - I'm nervous too about switching over. I keep worrying that I'll get bad news on my next u/s on Tuesday. When is your next u/s?
I hope you all don't think this is too corny, but I decided that I needed a positive affirmation to read every time I start feeling negative. I hope this will help me try to stop all of the worry from consuming my thoughts each day as I wait for my next u/s. I wanted to share with everyone what I came up with:
"I will not worry today about negative things that might happen. I will not worry today about things that are out of my control. I will not worry today, because worrying will only result in taking away the joy from today."
I thought it would be a good idea to start a list of everyone's due dates so that we can keep track. Please copy the list, add you due date and then paste into your next post. I'll get us started:
