Yes, 4dp3dt would be too early as your embie is not even at blastocyst stage yet and won' implant until 7dpt at the earliest. You can test again tomorrow to see if the trigger has left your system and continue on from there! Keep us posted. : )
Oh, and Progersterone will not affect HPT as it is the HCG produced after implantation takes effect that HPT is testing for.
