Hello! I am new to message boards. I just needed to turn to people who understand. I am frankly tired of hearing "It will happen when it's meant to." I am a 29 yr old who has a beautiful girl named Lily. My hubby and I started to try for a second one seven months ago and have had no luck. Lily was so easy to conceive; literally, the day we said we wanted to try, we got pregnant. We've had a rough two years since then with a mother dying and emotional stress, but we didn't want to start trying because we thought I'd get pregnant right away again. We were wrong. I know 7 months isn't a lot, but I just feel like something is wrong. I went to an OB about it and she said to "just keeping trying." My cousin who has had all sorts of infertility problems told me to ask for a progestrone test to see if I am ovulating, and the OB told me there is no such test. Anyone have a similar experience. When should I force the issue?
