Are you doing the 'stay-cation' thing, or going anywhere fun?
My acupuncturist said I wasn't supposed to be sore, but it could've been from the massage part. Not sure what to make of your headache though...maybe you can ask next visit what the side effects of your 1st treatment are supposed to be.
