Good idea to chart and take it to the RE with you. It will give them more insight into your cycle. Good luck!

Clomid 9/08
Lap 11/08--severe endometriosis.
IVF #1: ER--2/27/09----Empty Follicle Syndrome.
Cyst removed on May 14.
IVF #2--7/8/09----Canceled due to poor response.

IVF #3--Sept. 2009----Canceled due to ovulation through suppression

IVF #4--Dec/Jan. 2009-2010---Waiting on egg donor to have baseline u/s!
