First off I'm so sorry for your loss, it is nothing a person should ever have to go through.
After our first m/c we waited a full cycle per our dr.s instructions. It seems the only real reason they want you to wait is so that they can determine a correct gestational age which is hard to do if you haven't had a period between the two pregnanices. My 2nd pregnancy was a chemical one and I was worried that it was because we didn't wait long enough. However, we still tried a cycle later and are now 20 weeks pregnanct with triplets.
Goodluck to you and from all the research I did it seems 1 cycle is the norm.
