You said you've Googled a lot, but have you read any books on PCOS? I found Amazon.com: A Patient's Guide to PCOS: Understanding--and Reversing--Polycystic Ovary Syndrome: Walter Futterweit M.D.: Books awhile back and I really liked it. There is a lot of information in there and the measures to take to keep yourself in the best possible health.

And while PCOS isn't exactly curable, it can go into a sort of remission if you can get to and maintain a healthy weight. Like that's so easy with the insulin resistance.. I know
