Thank you to everyone for your supportive posts and welcomes. I know many of you have been through m/c too and understand all too well how difficult it is.

2lines - Have a great time in Kauai. I've been there several times for both vacation and for work. (Yes, I know it's terrible to have a job where you have to go to Hawaii occassionally on business.) If you have time be sure to have a piece of Hula Pie at Duke's. After losing all of that weight, you deserve a splurge on vacation. It's right next to the Marriott Hotel in Lihue. Have a great time and enjoy your vacay!

third - I read something once that said that the time to stop going through fertility treatments is when continuing becomes harder than stopping. So if you know you would always regret not giving it another try, I think you are doing the right thing by moving forward with another cycle. I pray that this will be the time that is successful for you. I'm with you that if we go through another cycle, it will be our last one even if it doesn't work.

South - GL on the new protocol. I hope it makes the difference for you this time. I had three embies transferred last time and at least initially it resulted in one that stuck. I hope you'll have three great looking ones to put in there this time. Sometimes I feel like only other couples going through secondary infertility understand how hard it is. So many of our friends and relatives, who have kids around our son's age, have second children by now.

JP - I'm sorry about your last cycle not working and that you didn't get a good answer as to why. Unfortunately, I think sometimes there is just not a way to know.

Bella - I don't have any tats, but I think anything that helps you keep a positive focus during this difficult process is a great idea. GL to you on your cycle. I'm jealous that you are so close to being able to start.

AFM - We have been busy running various errands this weekend. Somehow it seems strange to go about our day to day activities as if I was never pregnant, but what else can you do? I don't know yet what my RE will have to suggest when we meet in two weeks. I do know that we have to change something after going through two almost identical cycles with the same outcome. She believes that the ultrasounds indicated that both babies stopped growing because of some type of problem with the fetus itself, not my ability to carry successfully to term. They did try to do testing after my first D&C, but the baby was too far gone to determine anything. We're hoping that this time the lab is able to complete the testing, which may give us more answers about what went wrong.
