katrina, I hope you got your answer (since it was a month ago) but if you didn't, I too had Endo and am Hypothryoid (only after being hyper and having my thyroid killed). I did the follistim. I didn't have any success with the IUI's but did with IVF. I had absolutely no side effects fromt he Follistim, other than the bloating that comes with stimming. Hope that answers that.
