I did a few sessions of acupuntcure leading up to my ET. Also did a session before and after my ET (on the day of ET). And I got a BFP. DH did acupuncture and took chinese herbs for a few months at the end of last year to improve semen quality before our ivf attempt. I think it helped both of us. I found the acupuncturist by searching online for acupuncturist in my area who specialize in infertility. You can call their office and ask questions to weed out the ones who don't seem to know what they are talking about-process of elimination.
