metformin and pcos
Hi,
I have been ttc for over 6 years and was just diagnosed with pcos (not positively, but have many of the signs). Started metformin a few days ago. It makes you feel a little lousy stomach wise with diarreah being the most common side effect. It hasn't been too bad, though. i'm also going to start letrozole today, which is an alternative to clomid. I wouldn't be too nervous about the metformin. See what happens, I feel like it's not invasive and a good starting point after the diagnosis of pcos.
