carrie..good luck!! my DH also has azoospermia, though he has taken fertility meds to "boost" the sperm count, we don't want to do another SA to see what the numbers are, so our first iui we mixed his semen sample with donor sperm...it resulted in BFN, but we are ready to try again, possibly sept/oct....i wish everyone the best of luck and may we all be blessed with
